Cancellation Policy
Any modification or cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to fulfill your request as the order may have entered processing. Cancellations within 24 hours will be refunded within 10 business days.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. We do not issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged items. Unapproved returns or returns outside the 30-day window may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
To initiate a return, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before shipping back. Include your order number and name in the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except for items damaged on arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns may take up to 10 business days to inspect. Once confirmed, allow up to 40 business days for the refund to process. All refunds are issued in USD. Customers are responsible for any foreign transaction fees.
Product Concerns
Use our products safely and follow all provided instructions. If you experience discomfort, stop use immediately and contact us. Refunds or replacements for misuse are at our discretion.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with a clear photo. We will determine eligibility for a free replacement. We do not accept returns for items damaged through normal wear or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
